Bubbles popped: 3

Liberty (2-4), Big South
Not enough quality opponents left on schedule for a shot at an at-large with five losses.

Longwood (2-4), Big South
A game remains at Iowa, but even a win there wouldn't be enough for Longwood to get any serious consideration with five losses out of the Big South.

Idaho State (0-4), Big Sky
Even if the Vandals won out until the Big Sky Championship game, they would still need to hope and pray Eastern Washington wins out and sans three loses to the Vandals, and that still wouldn't be enough.

Four results worth mentioning:

Arizona 61, San Diego State 59
Both of these teams are very good.  Last year they met in the Sweet 16.  This year it very well could be a Regional Final.

Georgetown 66, Florida 65 OT
The Football-less Big East continues to kick-ass like it's 1985.  At some point they will lose a big game, I just don't know when that will be.

Lehigh 86, DePaul 74
Ok, so DePaul is the exception to the Big East early season dominance.  After a 2-0 start there was a glimmer of hope that maybe the Blue Demons could surprise people this year.  Sadly, losing to a previously win-less Patriot League squad isn't much of a surprise.

N.C. State 84, Richmond 72
The Wolfpack remained unbeaten with a win over the Spiders.  Given the loss of Warren, this figured to be a bit of a rebuilding year for N.C. State, so far so good.  I don't expect N.C. State to compete for a top four finish in the ACC, but they've shown nothing to suggest they won't be in the mix for an at-large spot come March.
